1. Navigate to the Notification Routing Rules page by navigating to either the Advanced Worklist or Worklist and selecting the routing rules link that follows the list of notifications.

The Notification Routing Rules page displays all existing rules for the role you are logged in as. For each rule, the list displays the rule name, the item type and notification to which the rule applies, and the rule status based on its effective dates.

2. To update a rule, select the rule name link in the Rule Name column or select the update icon in the Update column for that rule. See: To Create or Update a Rule for Automatic Notification Processing.

3. To delete a rule, select the delete icon in the Delete column for that rule.

4. To create a new rule, select the Create Rule button. See: To Create or Update a Rule for Automatic Notification Processing.

5. You can also select the Return to Worklist link to navigate back to the Worklist.
