1. For a field that supports a list of values, select the field's search icon to display a Search and Select page.

2. In the Search region, select the filter to search by, depending on the type of value you are searching for. Then enter a search value in the text field and select the Go button. If you do not specify a search value, Oracle Workflow retrieves the complete list of values.

3. The Results region displays the list of values that match your search criteria. Select the value you want and choose the Select button. The value you selected populates the original field. You can also choose the Cancel button in the Search and Select page to return to the previous page without selecting a value.
