Orig. Workflow Password Signature Warning Mail Message

Oracle Workflow provides the Orig. Workflow Password Signature Warning Mail message as an alternative template that you can optionally use to send a message to a user if that user sends an e-mail response containing the notification ID (NID) line of a notification that requires a password-based electronic signature. This template does not include the header attributes that are displayed in the Workflow Password Signature Warning Mail message.

A valid response to a notification that requires a password-based signature can only be submitted through the Notification Details web page. The Orig. Workflow Password Signature Warning Mail notification template informs the recipient that that a password-based signature is required and that the response cannot be submitted through e-mail. Instead, the notification template directs the recipient to access the online version of the notification to submit a reponse.

Note: Password-based electronic signatures are currently supported only for the version of Oracle Workflow embedded in Oracle Applications.

The Orig. Workflow Password Signature Warning Mail message has the following message attributes. The values are drawn from the message definition associated with a notification activity.

SUBJECT	The subject line of the original message.
COMMENT	Comments added by the sender or the forwarder.
BODY	The text of the original message.
